Acceptable Use Policy
The rules that keep our servers fast, fair and safe for everyone.
Not allowed
You must not use our services to:
- Launch, sell or coordinate DDoS attacks, or attack any other server, player or network.
- Run anything other than game servers and their related tools, such as proxies, VPNs, mail servers or crypto miners.
- Distribute cheats, malware, stolen accounts or pirated games.
- Run real-money gambling, or sell gameplay advantages where the game’s rules forbid it.
- Host content that is illegal in the UK, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities.
- Harass, threaten, dox or exploit other people, especially children.
Game rules
You must follow the end-user licence agreement and server rules of the game you host, including any rules about monetising your server.
Fair use
CPU and network capacity are shared. Sustained usage that harms other customers may be limited after we contact you.
Attacks against your server
If your server is the target of an attack, we may temporarily take it offline or change its IP address to protect other customers. We will tell you when this happens and help get you back online.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may warn you, suspend your server or close your account, with or without notice or refund.
Reporting abuse
Email abuse@nexcom.org.uk with the IP address, timestamps (including the time zone) and any evidence.
